Holiday Inn project completes in Manchester

This historic location, once home to Melody Maker magazine and situated on the banks of the River Medlock, demanded careful scheduling of deliveries and liaison with external bodies such as the Environment Agency. A black brick facing over pre-cast concrete slabs was the chosen finish, sympathetic to the surrounding environment whilst providing a contemporary, multi-storey result.
