Today, we are proud to recognise a remarkable milestone as Lee Taylor celebrates 25 years with Michelmersh Brick Holdings PLC. As Works Manager at Blockleys, Lee has played a pivotal role in the site’s success and ongoing development.
Over the past 14 years, as Works Manager, alongside previous roles as Production Manager and Production Supervisor, Lee has been instrumental in overseeing production operations, maintaining high-quality standards, and supporting the development of efficient manufacturing processes. His deep understanding of both clay technology and the operational aspects of brickmaking earned Lee the Beehive Kiln Trophy – an award given to those who have striven to learn and improve their knowledge, reflecting a career built on Lee’s consistency, knowledge, and hands-on experience.
Lee’s leadership is underpinned by a strong commitment to safety, sustainability and continuous improvement. This approach has helped foster a positive working environment while contributing to the long-term success of the business.
