Job description
FabSpeed (part of the Michelmersh Brick Holdings group) are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team as a Technical Estimator.
The successful applicant will work in our FabSpeed Sales team to provide timely and accurate estimates and pricing, whilst giving technical support in design input and drawing.
Job specification
- Proactive and reactive telephone, email, and virtual meeting activity
- Accurate & on time Estimates
- Swift, effective, high-quality customer focussed interactions and problem solving
- Building relationships with new and existing clients
- Achieving individual and team targets
- Liaising with managers and key decision makers
- Providing Estimating & pricing to the commercial team
- To support the Technical co-ordinator with design input and drawing
- To work as part of a dedicated and committed team within FabSpeed
- Willingness to cover other roles within the office for instances of holiday/absence
Previous experience & Qualifications
- Technical product and/or industry knowledge is essential.
- Experience of construction industry sector is essential.
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in use of Auto CAD 2d
- Ability to draw in 2d DWG
Personal Specifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Customer service skills.
- The ability to demonstrably role-model the following: customer focus, teamwork, innovation, respect, open and honest communication, making work safe and enjoyable.
