Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proactive and reactive telephone, email, and virtual meeting activity.
- Accurate & on time Estimates.
- Swift effective high-quality customer focussed interactions and problem solving.
- Building relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieving individual and team targets.
- Liaising with managers and key decision makers.
- Providing Estimating & pricing to the commercial team.
- To work as part of a dedicated and committed team within FabSpeed.
Key Experience and Qualifications
- Customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Technical product and/or industry knowledge is essential.
- Experience of construction industry sector is essential.
- Full UK driving licence.
- The ability to demonstrably role-model the following: customer focus, teamwork, innovation, respect, open and honest communication, making work safe and enjoyable.
