Michelmersh is delighted to announce that its website: mbhplc.co.uk, secured the second position at the UK Dev Awards in the B2B Website of the Year category, all thanks to the incredible hard work of Web Agency, Impact Media.
Impact Media has collaborated closely with Michelmersh over the last two years to aid in our digital transformation. Impact came on board in 2022 to revitalise and re-energise our website and collaborated closely with us on the redesign of mbhplc.co.uk.
In a category with 6 other contenders, judges commended Impact for “the personas the agency have created to keep the users in mind and design an experience aimed at them.” This highlights the importance of businesses taking the time to truly understand who is using their website and developing methods to ensure that every customer’s need is met.
In addition to the praise for understanding our customers, the judges lauded praise upon the site’s ease of use, stating that “CTAs really stand out, and we instantly got an idea of what the website is for and the best next steps to take when hitting the landing page.” Ease of use is vital when considering the amount of support Michelmersh offers. The Group’s website not only hosts detailed information for all of the Michelmersh Group’s core range but also provides a much wider range of documentation, including DOPs, BIM Files, Brochures, Samples, Help Guides, Case Studies, Image Galleries, and much more, including our interactive Facade Designer.
We’ve been thrilled to work with Impact on our websites over the last two years.
