Today marks a significant milestone as we celebrate William Elkins’s incredible 25 years of dedication to Michelmersh. A Romsey local, Willy’s roots in the brickworks industry run deep, with his family’s legacy intertwined with our own.
Officially joining our team on January 31, 1999, Willy’s journey started in heavy plant machinery, operating the 360 excavators and loading shovels, contributing significantly to stockpile management and clay preparation for production.
Willy’s versatility and exceptional skills did not go unnoticed. Over the years, he transitioned into a new role, taking the wheel of one of our HGV lorries. In this capacity, Willy plays a vital role in transporting our products to various sites around the south, showcasing a can-do attitude and professionalism that sets him apart.
