Congratulations to Alan Rawson, who is retiring after an incredible 47 years at Carlton.
Alan began his career at Carlton in 1976, where he initially worked filling Hoffman kilns by hand. He later transitioned to kiln car maintenance before attaining the necessary qualifications to operate as a fork truck driver, a role he has dedicated the last 15 years to.
Alan’s departure will leave a noticeable gap at Carlton, and we extend our heartfelt best wishes for a joyful retirement.
