Ian Cobby at Freshfield Lane
Ian will retire on the 18th of December and has seen many changes to our site over his 43 years’ service. Ian has worked in the brick shed for the majority of his time with a spell in Crowding and site administration when we were Freshfield Lane Brickworks.
Ian is ending his career as the brick shed supervisor running the brick transfer car for the last 15 years. Ian has played a major role in our set up for his time on the transfer car, being a huge asset to the team and an extremely reliable member of our staff.
Everyone at Michelmersh appreciates the dedication and loyalty of its long-standing staff members and would like to thank Ian for his commitment and devotion to the company. We all wish him all the best in his retirement, he will be greatly missed.
