On Monday 23rd December 2019, Bob Lindfield is retiring, after serving 45 years and 6 months at Freshfield Lane.
Bob started life here as a day worker, on to a crowder, HGV driver, then finally became the loading supervisor up to this day. Danny Bryant, Works Manager, proudly said: “he has been a very conscientious, model employee and will certainly let management know if things are wrong. His knowledge and experience is second to none and he will be greatly missed.”
