We’d like to give Lee Allen, Works Manager at Charnwood a massive congratulations for reaching 40 years working with us. Lee started as a Brick Bander in 1982 after finishing school and shortly after became a Brick Maker in December of that year. He progressed to Production Supervisor in 2001 before reaching his current role in 2006.
His work will be seen in projects such as the British Library for decades to come, a true testament to his skill. Over the years his knowledge and craftsmanship have been well noted amongst staff and we’re grateful for his diligence and integrity. Thank you, Lee.
