Project overview
The Oaks is a purpose-built student accommodation scheme designed by Corstorphine Wright. The full project encapsulates 3 phases of development, due for completion in the summer of 2022.
The site was previously occupied by a vacant office building which was demolished as part of the renovation project. Phase 1 contains a mix of 378 studios and cluster rooms to meet the needs of local students over the 5-floor development, which decreases to four floors over the project.
The site uses a bespoke selection of Synthesis S09 blends to allow for the building to delicately blend into the verdant surroundings while also supporting a clean, cool aesthetic.
