Project overview
Colindale Offices is the exemplar 90,000 sq. ft centrepiece of the Grahame Park regeneration project. Envisioned as a way to usher the area out of a deprived and poorly established built environment the administrative offices present a new hub for the council.
Designed by Hawkins\Brown and deliberately situated in an area that allows for easier access to residents, the building aims to integrate the needs of the area into itself, with hireable conference spaces and a public-friendly cafe allowing a deeper relationship between the area’s public sector and the faces they serve.
Floren’s Castor bricks keep a light tone to the area while honouring the surrounding buildings, providing a fresh-faced but comfortable feel to the setting. The 10-story building also allows for rooftop seating allowing occupants to gaze over the nearby area.
