Project overview
Waterman’s Reach is a new development by Crest Nicholson plc in Arborfield Green, Berkshire. The site comprises two, three and four-bedroom houses and apartments, all of which have been designed to make the most of the natural light and waterside views. Solar Panels are also situated on selected properties to encourage a sustainable future and to reduce the energy demands of the property owners.
The use of Freshfield Lane’s First Quality clay brick at Waterman’s Reach was inspired by the architectural vernacular of the surrounding area, which is characterised by its use of traditional red brick. All our First Quality bricks are manufactured to a high specification and are designed to weather over time, creating a warm and inviting patina. A fitting sentiment for a project designed to home families for generations.
Waterman’s Reach has been designed to make the most of an incredibly picturesque setting. Large, open spaces allow for the community to gather, or independently wander as they please. Its charming setting next to meadows, and lakes belie a convenient location close to schools, amenities, shops and restaurants, providing all the security and entertainment a young family could need.
